The Champion Barbell rubber-encased weight plates will not crack, chip,
flake, peel, rust or tear like painted cast iron or other non-rubber
plates.  Prevents damage to floors, upholstery and will not dent or
scratch expensive equipment.  Reduces noise.  Never needs painting.
